All orders accepted are subject to these terms and conditions of sale.

Please note any stationery produced may differ from the images on the website or any samples provided.

All descriptions and photographs on the website are there to provide a general idea of the products and any colours or materials of the final product may differ.

We will always make sure that all the information available on our website is accurate. However, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions. If an error or omission is spotted, please inform us at your earliest possible convenience so this can be corrected.

All designs are the copyright and property of Hatton&Co. Neither you, nor a third party, may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way. It is your responsibility to obtain permission for any copyright material.

You will not receive a copy of the wedding stationery designs, only an online proof. This is to prevent any copyright of our intellectual property and designs.


A quote will be provided to you and provisionally agreed at the outset.

The quotation is not guaranteed and can be subject to change before your designs are printed. An assumption is made on the cost of producing your wedding stationery at the time of quotation, however, this may vary between booking and the point of the design.

A deposit will be taken to secure the design time at an agreed future date (see payment section for more details).

When the time comes to design your wedding stationery, Hatton&Co will be in touch to confirm your plans, numbers, and design concept and retains the right to alter the previous quotation provided, appropriately, and within reason.

Full payment of the remaining balance will be payable before the designs can be completed (see payment section below)


Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Errors in pricing may occur, we will endeavour to ensure this is limited, however, if any anomalies are spotted, please bring this to our attention so we can correct this as soon as possible.

Prices will be subject to change, as the costs of producing your wedding stationery cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if the price alters before agreeing your final quotation.


A non-refundable (or transferrable) booking deposit will be taken at the time of booking to confirm and secure your design date. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full before your designs can start.

A provisional quote will be provided at the point of booking and can be subject to change (see quotation section above).

Cancellations, Errors and Returns

Deposits are not refundable once paid.

All monies paid are non-refundable should an order be cancelled after the design work has commenced. This is deemed to be the point of payment of your remaining balance.

One proof sign-off is complete you cannot change or cancel your order. You will be liable for any additional costs incurred after this point.

We hope that you will be delighted with your stationery. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of products supplied Hatton&Co will endeavour to ensure you receive a replacement that you are happy with.

If you receive faulty goods, you will need to notify Hatton&Co within 14 days of receipt of the item. The items must not be used and must still be in their original condition and wrapping. A replacement product will be provided in the first instance and a refund will only be supplied at Hatton&Co’s discretion once in receipt of the faulty items.

The cost of the return is the customers. We advise you to send this recorded delivery or obtain proof of postage. Hatton&Co is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

We cannot accept returns or refund requests because there is an issue with the design that was not spotted before proof sign-off, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred. Hatton&Co accepts no responsibility

once the proofs have been approved (see proof section below).

We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and refund the customer in full.


A proof will be sent once the design is complete. This will be viewed online and you will not receive a physical copy of your design before it is printed.

You will not be able to print this yourself or copyright the design.

House collection designs will have a maximum of 2 rounds of amends, any additional changes above this will incur an additional charge for the extra time involved.

Bespoke designs will have a maximum of 4 round of amends, any additional changes above this will incur an additional charge for the extra time involved.

You are responsible for the proofreading of all text and copy in the electronic proofs supplied.

Hatton&Co will not print anything until written proof sign-off has been provided. At which point the responsibility and liability lies with couple.

Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer input or typing errors. When your final proof is approved you accept responsibility for any errors. If a mistake is spotted after the artwork approval, you will incur reprint charges. Hatton&Co accepts no responsibility or liability for this.


You will need to provide written approval, either via the proofing software the designs are sent through or via email. If received via email, then Hatton&Co will approve the designs on the proofing software on your behalf.

Once approval has been received your stationery will be printed.

Bespoke Designs

Where a bespoke design service is requested, a quote for the additional time incurred will be quoted, on top of the cost of the wedding stationery.

Hatton&Co will offer a consultation over the phone, whereby a concept will be agreed. Examples and samples of ideas will be exchanged to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the desired result before design work is commenced.

The bespoke design fee will be based on the concept agreed before design work commences.

Once payment is received and the design work has commenced, the bespoke design fee is not refundable.

Once the designs are underway and payment has been received, if the concept alters and the design changes, at the request of the couple, an additional fee for the extra time involved in a redesign will be chargeable. For example, changes to the colour scheme or theme once the design process is underway will be chargeable.


Products will always be sent by guaranteed courier, either Royal Mail Next Day Delivery or an insured courier provider. You will need to sign for the parcel.

Hatton&Co cannot guarantee the date of delivery, but will always use a tracked service to ensure safe receipt.


Please note that due to the nature of personalised wedding stationery, there may be slight differences to each piece and to any samples previously supplied. This is not a fault.

If product specifications from our suppliers change, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of the same or better quality at the same price as your original order.

If you place an order in stages, we cannot guarantee continuity of design or materials.

We promise to respect your privacy. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.
